mosaic labs

community of independent psychotherapists

Welcome to mosaic labs

This is a space for creativity, practice, and collaboration in the field of psychotherapy.

We are a community of independent therapists brought together by our shared interest in dialogue, experimentation, and professional growth. While each of us has our own practice, we come together to explore how different therapeutic languages, cultures, professional approaches, and inner worlds can interact and enrich one another.

We are strong believers in the power of group work, spontaneity, improvisation, and mindful presence.

Here, we present the projects we create together: therapeutic groups, workshops, courses, and resources.

About

Valentina Zolotukhina

Psychotherapist, gestalt therapist in training and TFP candidate.

Started practicing in spring 2024. I hold a diploma from a professional retraining program in clinical (medical) psychology with a specialization in pathopsychology (17 months, 2030 hours, not officially recognized in Europe). I am a psychology undergraduate at the University of Oslo and a master's student in neurobiology of mental health at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis.

Psychology is my second profession. Before that, I worked for many years in the corporate world in analytics, strategic consulting, and finance. In my last role, I was responsible for finance in the management team of a large automotive parts manufacturer with plants in five countries. This experience helps me see how psychological processes are reflected in broader social and organizational contexts.

You can read more about my professional journey before psychology on: LinkedIn

People come to me with issues related to life transitions, professional crises, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, as well as for differential diagnosis of personality adaptations and neurodivergence. I work in Russian, English, and Norwegian, both online and in person in Oslo (Ullern district).

Alexander Pligin

Psychologist, Researcher, and Therapist (ACT, CFT, EMDR). My experience in educational, therapeutic, and research settings spans over 20 years.

In 2024, I completed my Master's degree in Psychology at The Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences*, which formalized my long-standing practical interest in working with people. My first professional steps in this field back in the 2010s included training, facilitation, and Ericksonian coaching, and I continue to pursue development in modern therapeutic approaches today.

Over the past decade, I have also built experience in other fields: UX research and improvisation. Research taught me to pay close attention to the context of a person's life and their values, no matter what they do. Improvisation taught me how to create a safe space for spontaneity, play, and finding unconventional solutions. This synthesis allows me to work with clients and groups with an understanding of how the different areas of their lives and values intertwine.

I help people navigate complex life situations, whether it's a professional crisis, relationship difficulties, or social anxiety. Together, we explore what is truly important to you, so you can find an anchor in your values and make decisions that lead to a more fulfilling life.
